William R. Kirtley, DDS
Dr. Kirtley began his practice serving the greater Seymour area with Drs. Cartmel and Fouts, and has continued providing expert dental care to the region with the addition of Dr. Stuckwisch.

As a former volunteer basketball and baseball coach for the Seymour Youth League, Dr. Kirtley still enjoys attending local sporting events featuring children of all ages. His interests include: Golf, IU athletics, and spending time with his family and their Labrador retriever, “Shadow”. Dr. Kirtley and his wife, Laura, have two sons, Andrew and Connor.
Jason T. Stuckwisch, DDS
Dr. Stuckwisch, a native of Brownstown, joined the dental practice in 2001.

Dr. Stuckwisch enjoys IU athletics, golf, fishing, camping, traveling and spending time with his family: Wife, Suzi, and twins, Ty and Liza.
Jerry P. Cartmel, DDS
Dr. Cartmel is a fixture of the Seymour community. His expertise and experience in the field of dentistry is unparalleled. He and his staff have provided Seymour and the surrounding area with the opportunity for expert dental care for decades. Although Dr. Cartmel is retiring, he still helps out occasionally at the office when needed.

  • Rushville High School Graduate with Honors - Class President
  • Served and trained in the US Dental Clinics at SHAPE Headquarters, Mons, Belgium, Heidelberg, Germany, and Seoul, Korea.
  • Retired from the US Army with the rank of Col.

Certifications/Awards
  • Trained and Certified as Forensic Dentist at Bethesda Naval Hospital
  • Awarded the Indiana Commendation Medal for his forensic leadership at the Roselawn air crash
  • Awarded the Indiana Commendation Medal for Medical and Dental Development at Camp Atterbury
  • Received National Commendation with the “Regimental Award for Military Merit” from the United States Army.
